If you felt bad then don't spawn trap. Sure you may argue that spawn trap is hard to do and requires skill (my opinion no) But consider this is it fair to the other players that your making it impossible for them to play a game THEY bought? I know you bought the game too. I also noticed that people who spawn trap complain about quitters well I WOULD quit too if I can't play and die without moving.
