Infinity Ward made it however the ones in charge of wii u version are TreyArch. if u r going to blame anyone blame the maker of everyones beloved Black Ops 2.. seriously ppl need to stop comparing the two. alot of our problems like glitch patches no dlc n other scenarios are bc TreyArch doesnt want to spend time on those and >>
