You do what SSR does in his vid(hit the right spring and jump off the wall immediatly to gravitate onto the flip block)then you do a claw slide and a cancel-dive to get on top of the slope to the right of where you land,then dive at the right spot at a partly diagonal angle,and slide.Then jump over and over so you can land on the blue flip block.
