you find the skulltullas by defeating certain objectives or missions in either free or adventure mode. If you go to the warrior info before starting a battle and go to skulltulas, they will tell you how to get them. (sometimes its usually just defeating 1,000 enemies) and then when you finish the objective or mission, a spider web will show up on the map and you just gotta find it around there.
