National holiday here in the US, Independence Day (like the movies, but with British instead of aliens). Three day weekend and a nice chunk of time for fun stuff (like XCX). (My house went to a watermelon eating contest, whooooo ... one slice per contestant, fastest kid got a .... watermelon!)
