You can. No one is born able to draw, it takes patience and years of practice. Buy a sketchbook and draw! Draw on napkins, notebook paper, draw on your homework, on the back of your report card! I've done all of that. :] I've been drawing since I was 4, and I'm still not even remotely as talented as some but I've improved a lot. And remember: don't compare your art to others, just keep drawing!
