Hmm... I can never bring myself to going by tiers. Should I? My team has stuff like adamant Mega Beedrill with heavy investment into attack and speed EVs with a good speed IV. But then I come up with stuff like Eviolite Rhydon, Focus Sash Kingler, and Probopass. Just Probopass. Those haven't worked for me yet but I like to have them on my team...
