rhydon and probopass are actually quite effective in their respective tiers (NU and PU, respectively) for that matter, Rhydon isn't unusable in OU since it has high Attack, a good STAB combination, decent bulk thanks to Eviolite, and Rock Polish to boost its poor speed. too bad Ground-types and Scald are everywhere in OU but if you don't want to play by the Smogon tiers you don't have to
