No. A lot of people hear the audio on both the loading screen and on the title screen. Music is also heard through the Profile Settings menu and Miiverse Settings menu, and the same music for the main menu is played again, upon exiting both the aforementioned menus. A sound effect is also heard when going to certain areas on Miiverse, like the Activity Feed, or the post/comment sections. ;)
