If you're having trouble drawing the Sisters as Riders, why don't you just draw the armor, masks, and belts on them being mixed together with their normal outfits like they're doing cosplay instead of actually being Riders? It's not that uncommon in Japanese media anyway. I even saw Rider cosplay fan arts on pixiv and twitter using Pretty Cure characters by one artist.
