k so my sister and her friend. So they were outside, it was dark-idk why they were outside-and then my sister just sees this...guy standing in the street.So my sister tries to makw the guy speak...So she says hello...no response...so she starts crying and her friend called the police.that night i was so scared i threw up-i was not at this event my sister told the story in the car-
