First, you can't meet Misko in person. Go back to the Dueling Peak Stable. Head south towards Big Twin Bridge. Follow Little Twin river to its origin. Climb around the waterfall. Bomb the wall. There will be treasure chests containg precious stones, three truffles, and Soldier's spear.
