during the day, put a horse where kilton is suppose to spawn. set it to night. if you have pretty bad lag and the horse is acting weird, thats the glitch. jump onto ur horse and u will be inside his shack. if u want ur horse to leave, simply bomb it. getting kilton out of the shack kind of requires some luck.
