It's less "motivation" and more "obligation". Since my sisters went to college (although they failed their classes multiple times) I HAVE to go. I doubt any college would accept me though since I'm lazy and have bad grades. I wanna join you on the farm, it seems like the easiest and most fun job to have (I don't think farming sounds that hard tbh)
