I remember with the other controllers on the wii if you were pushing one of the toggles while the game loads it would set that position on the game and immediately you charecter would be moving when the game started. To get it to stop you would save, quit then have to turn the power off on the console then restart everything so it would reset it back to normal. You could see if this works.
