I agree with a lot that's been said here. Once the level design is learned, the way a level is played changes drastically, there's actually a lot of skill involved, just learning the best rout takes practice. I have the current WR time in green hill act 2 and it took me 8 hours of practice to get, no joke. I wish they'd bring back some old IPs like Ristar and streets of rage.
