The word is constructive criticism. It's when someone tells you what can be improved on your work, but as a means of helping you improve and not belittling your art. They basically provide their point of view so you know how others perceive your work. It takes a level of maturity and a genuine desire to improve to be able to handle it, so if you're not open to receiving any make that clear.
