They're not as "impossible" as u think to defeat. Upgrade your armor/s specifically at 3★ or max 4★ so u can endure attacks better, and upgrade your hearts as well. Once u mastered how to fight them tho, you'll realize that upgrading hearts and defense isn't truly needed but simply learning their attack patterns and try parrying their attacks as well as perfect dodging them to perform flurry-
