If you fire an ancient arrow out of a 5-shot bow at him, then speak to him before the particle effect goes off, then when you finish talking to him it will go off while your bow if put away, leaving five blue streaks that move towards and surround him. Tricky to get the timing right, and wastes arrows, but it looks neat!
