No you need a ceremonial trident. Go on all of the alternate bridges exiting the main area of Zora's Domain. Look into the water under each bridge while using magnesis. Eventually, you'll see the outline of a spear. Go down to the shore, then use cryonis to get to the area. Once close, grab it with magnesis.
