I dont know how to add friends without breaking Miiverse's policy thing. [Asking for a person's NNID.] Can you point me in the right direction? There's no way I'm gonna meet a friend by walking by them via StreetPass, my schedule is too hectic and I only know of one person with a 3DS. She is like 5 and only plays some Barbie game.
