on my old 3DS, so even if I could, I couldn't do much. I don't think I'm as good with Colors! as I am with AA Wii U, so I don't use it often (I tried using it yesterday though and made something halfway decent). Then there's stuff like Pixel Paint and SDK Paint. I'm not sure if I'd be as good with those.
