Yeah, when I decided to get rid of the checkered pattern to rework that Luigi, I used that tool. It sure made the job easier. I think it's like a magic wand(?) tool with global settings in Paint.NET - at least in my opinion. There was a tool for recoloring there, too, if I'm not mistaken..?
