You have to take a picture of the qr code with a phone or anything that you can take pictures with except for the 3ds that you are using, and then go on the main hall, press the button that has the word qr codes, and then press the one with the words scan qr codes, then when there is a dotted line in the shape of the square on the 3ds screen,
