Not only does Streetpass Premium give you a badge but it also gives you access to the VIP Room, have 100 streetpasses possible via the Line, and able to track people's birthdays to earn additional Tickets for Mii Costumes. Lqstly you can change what song plays in the plaza too. Hope that helps.
