Same issue with regular NEW 3DS. They only released it with Animal Crossing. And the only way to get other plates is online and they cost 30$. That's way too pricey for just changing your plate. Then they decide to release a Mario one too with plates I wanted but only in the bundle. Plus VC is better elsewhere besides NoA. I never understand why whatever great products other regions have NoA...
