You need to focus on controlling your face to reflect that blankness. You can't show any sign that you heard them and just keep walking, reading, getting your stuff, or whatever you're doing at the time. And remember not to react. Don't even acknowledge them. Don't give them the time of day bc they're not worth even that. Believe in yourself. Don't give up hope.
