I watched it. MatPat only said that "The Dreamcast was ahead of its time". With what, 128 KILObyte memory crads that plug into your controller? 1 gigabyte disks when 5 gigabyte disks had hit the scene? Next to no internal memory? Just because it had 128 bit graphics in a 64 bit era does not make it better, ie the 64 bit atari system in the 16 bit age.
