@Jbach Well, usually around every month, they release a brand new piece of clothing at Import Wear via SpotPass. Sadly, this isn't supported any more, as they ended with their final free Import Wear item with the new recolorings of the Schoolgirl Outfit a few months ago. :( Sorry to tell you this
