here's what i do. summon earth or ice first to keep your physical or ether resistance up all the time. if you manifest them then you'll lose the buffs. the other buffs are up to you. wether it be summon fire for physical attack, summon thunder for ether attack, summon wind for agility or summon aqua for regenerate. for lorithia i will suggest ice for ether defense since lorithia summons nebulae.
