Depending on the consoles lifespan now after the rumor of NX coming in 2017 and maybe Wii U might be chop due to it, getting PS4 is a better choice here. for Wii U, unless the console have a very big price drop now and u can get it super cheap just to enjoy playing Wii U games, then u can consider getting it as well.
