Back in Hyrule, use the Sand Rod and bombs (Maybe, I don't remember...) to reveal another crack. Back in Lorule, go south then left and go in the crack. Back in Hyrule, use the Sand Rod to get across the pillars to get to the entrance check the weather vane and your on your own.
