OH! IK what your problem is. :D You're not dating her yet, so her FP is maxed out RN. When you start dating, she gains 6 extra hearts. You need to buy a pendant and either give it to her or look up how to trigger her reverse proposal and go from there. If you haven't seen all of her heart events though, you need to do that first before you can buy a pendant for her.
