not sure if it counts as an enemy but those scarp metal that is piled together and drops on a conveyor is similar to those seen in Megaman Zero 3, oh and most of Zonda's soldeirs vaguely resembles the foot solderers of Neo Arcadia...I probably forgot some but several enemies actually has a Megaman Zero enemies vibe.
