Of course it has flaws, but misplaced headphones are actually a common mistake with animalistic designs. I've seen a lot of artists just slap a pair of human headphones on a cartoon animal without taking into consideration where the ears are actually located. But I'd say the game's real flaws come from it's lack of difficultly, lazy writing, bland level design, etc.
