I used to be a Legend of Zelda fanboy, and Keaton caught my interest when I read about how they were based on kitsune in Japanese mythology. I read about kitsune and I was blown away by how amazing they sounded, and how rich their legends and history were. So much so I wanted to make a character like that. Kitsune are still a favorite of mine, but not as big now as it used to be.
