Most of the DLC outfits are for Link and Zelda, though. Everything else is more Adventure Maps and characters. (And a few Ganon outfits) I don't remember where the DLC list in Legends is, because I haven't played it in a while. But it is somewhere inside of the game. You can probably find it in main menu. (The menu where you select Legend or Adventure mode.)
