For the picture, just pick one of your journal entrys, tap the settings icon, then "set screenshot as favorite post." For Addie's (or Di and Fran's) endings, you must get the first two of that girls heart events, and make sure that Lottie, Trixie, Frieda, and Gabbie don't have all three.
