Yeah, believe it, or not years ago shortly before "Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1" came out, when the game was first teased, many retro/old-school Sonic fans/purists were angry that the "new tall green eyes" Sonic was in it, instead of the old chubby one. Many complained about, and bashed the green eyes over it. One guy said they make Sonic look "freaky and soulless." Guess I must look that way.
