It had been a long night for Elizabeth. She was tired after walking all night. She couldn't find any wild animals to eat that weren't strong enough to end her an a second. The only berries around were toxic. And it was dangerous up north, maybe because it was unknown to her. She needed to rest, so she sat down under a tree, with a village just barely visible in the distance.
