Or, even better, don't post NSFW at all! Personally, I don't mind the fandom stuff as long as it's not obsessive or too off-topic. The obsessive ones are the worst. I once made a post that created a tiny fandom riot in the comments. Lets just say that that post has been long deleted. But otherwise, Fandom stuff is fine as long as it's under control.
