As far as I know they're only hurting people in America but that might just be a false rumour going around to get people scared…Tbh I think no one does it here in Ireland cause they know if they do they'll either get shot or ran over by a truck (And i'll be the one driving that truck -.-) and they have a bit of common sense,but it's still scary nonetheless but I just dont understand why they do it
