If you leave her alone after she depletes her health almost completely (it literally takes one hit of anything that deals damage to finish her off at that point) she'll fall from the cieling to the ground. Afterwards if you wait a bit she'll die on her own. It's pretty interesting because you'll hear Gibril breathing heavily while she's on the ground.
