to beat ifrit, i used mighty magnum pistols. you can shoot him down in the first battle. in the second battle, dont heal, and activate v mode. the use an attack boost f. in the third battle you will want to stay away and shoot ifrit i have found that slower lbx cannot get out of the way when ifrit blasts lightning. you should save your highest special attack routine for last.
