Well, I do have some complaints. There are only three gamemodes, and two are kinda recycled. Although the gameplay is notably faster, it still feels just a little slow. Now, what I did like was the minigames. They're unique, origional, and pretty fun to play. Overall, I think this is better as a multiplayer game, so if you have friends with 3DS's, I would reccomend getting it. It IS download play.
