Speaking of D-FEKT, he's quite interesting. You see, Sega of Japan actually got involved with the enemy designs, he being the most obvious. Anyway, even though Eggman created him to attract Ragnium, it merely only has telekinesis, which is still pretty cool. He can also posses things and turn them into beasts for it's bidding. The final boss is a good example.
