This picture shows what I had left once my bombs glitched. Also look at the timer, it hasn't gone down at all between the pictures, I think that is just part of the difficulty setting and not a glitch because I've tried the first level on Hell+ and I believe it didn't drop. If I had to guess, I'd say that they wouldn't want people worrying about the timer when they're fighting so many enemies.
