Ah, I see. Well then, that's how you use them. You see, the outline pen from PAA worked exactly like this, only it was specifically set to be the top layer. In this game, you can use any tool on any layer, and multiple on the same, rather than only being able to use the outline pen on the top layer like in PAA. I hope that makes sense. :P
