Beat final level with both characters, then play level again for each character's final ending. So basically, you have to play it four times, two of which have an extra boss. (Hint: Use flashfield up close and shoot to tag. Remember this in GV's true ending. I haven't tried Copen's true ending yet, since he takes practice and isn't the most relatable character. He's basically a one-man crusade...)
