You unlock the costumes and accessories by getting the different endings for each character. (2 for Yuri, 2 for Miu and 4 for Ren.) If the final boss traps you in the box, you escape by taking pics of all the ghosts before they get to you. You may have to angle the Gamepad and wait until the ghosts get closer so they're all in the frame when you take the shot.
